This service is non-refundable. Do not proceed if you are not confident in this service and the service provider (Prieska Chimhini).

Prieska Chimhini will not be held responsible should your individual journey following your session with her not be successful. You will also not be entitled to a refund.

Due to the nature of this service – Prieska Chimhni reserves the right to cancel and reschedule your appointment at her professional discretion. A new appointment will be offered to you at her earliest convenience and no later than 15 working days from your initial appointment.

Please read your confirmation email thoroughly as it will have all of the details you need and will ensure a smooth transaction of services.

Prieska Chimhini will remain on the line for a maximum of 20 minutes before disconnecting the call and considering your absence as a no-show. There will be no refund for the unfortunate waste of her time.

You are responsible for ensuring that your network connection is secure prior to your appointment. Network issues that heavily disrupt the call will be terminated and a new appointment will be offered to you at Prieska Chimhini’s discretion.

Prieska Chimhini reserves the right to terminate the session due to excessive background noise. Please ensure you are in a quiet room during the period of your session.
